Every product is a digital item delivered manually or in-game by our team. After payment you'll see the estimated delivery time on your order, and we'll message you through your order page when it's ready.
Most orders are delivered within the estimate shown on the product page. If we need any information from you (like your correct Roblox username), your order status will change to 'Awaiting customer'.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major cards, and Apple Pay or Google Pay where your device supports them. Valycron never sees or stores your card details.
Never. Valycron will never ask for your Roblox password, authentication code, browser cookie, backup code, or email password. Anyone asking for these is not us.
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Because products are digital, please read it before ordering. If something goes wrong with an order, open a support ticket and we'll help.
